Don’t forget to add a reference to %Program Files%\WPF\WPF Toolkit\&lt;version&gt;\WPFToolkit.dll 

If that is not where yours is located, then find it anywhere on your hard drive and copy it to a known location and reference that.

If you are using Blend 3, the VSM is automatically available for WPF.</description>
