I can't say 100%, but it seems reasonable that you have created a conflict. Try finding the function that currently uses Ctrl-J and change or remove the keyboard shortcut. Be sure to let us know what you find.

I want to change my ctrl-C to ctrl-J. I followed the procedure you described so now Edit.Copy is ctrl-J (global). Well, ctrl-J shows my intellisense and does not copy. Do I need to find the property that ctrl-J is connected to and disable it first?
